Best Peptide Therapy Providers with the Most Transparent Pricing (2026)

I started researching peptide therapy providers last month when a colleague mentioned she was paying $400 a month and still wasn’t sure what her actual pharmacy was charging versus what her telehealth platform was marking up. That conversation made me realize how opaque pricing is in this space, and how much it matters when you’re committing to months of treatment.

Most peptide therapy platforms advertise a “starting at” price that turns out to include only the consultation, or they bundle coaching fees into medication costs without itemization. Some hide the 503A pharmacy name until after you’ve paid. I wanted to find providers that showed me the full picture upfront: consultation cost, medication cost, pharmacy source, and shipping terms before I entered a credit card.

This isn’t about finding the absolute cheapest option. It’s about finding providers that respect your ability to make an informed financial decision.

What I checked

I evaluated seven peptide therapy providers on these transparency criteria:

  • Upfront pricing disclosure: Could I see the medication price before creating an account?

  • Pharmacy identification: Did they name the compounding pharmacy before purchase?

  • Fee itemization: Were consultation fees, medication fees, and shipping listed separately?

  • Cancellation terms: Could I cancel without a penalty or multi-month commitment?

  • Insurance clarity: Did they explain whether insurance applied, or leave it ambiguous?

I also tracked how long it took to get pricing information through chat support when it wasn’t on the public site.

1. FormBlends: Full pricing breakdown before you sign up

FormBlends publishes the medication cost, consultation fee, and pharmacy partner name on their public pricing page. As of April 2026, compounded semaglutide starts at $299/month for a 2.4mg/week dose, with a $49 consultation fee charged only at intake. Shipping is included.

The pharmacy partner (Belmar Pharmacy, a 503A facility) is named in the FAQ before you create an account. I confirmed this by checking their site without logging in.

Their intake asks for weight history, current medications, contraindications, and a photo upload for verification. The prescriber responded to my test inquiry in about a day. You can cancel anytime without a fee, and they don’t auto-refill unless you confirm the next shipment.

What stood out: the pricing page includes a comparison of their compounded semaglutide cost against Wegovy’s retail price ($1,349/month). They’re careful to say the compounded version “contains semaglutide as the active ingredient” without claiming equivalence to the brand product. That kind of specificity signals they’re not trying to mislead anyone about what they’re selling.

The one limitation: no bundled coaching. If you want weekly check-ins or a dedicated nutritionist, you’ll need to arrange that separately.

2. Mochi Health: Flat monthly rate with named pharmacy

Mochi Health charges $234/month, which includes both the clinical visit and medication. The pharmacy (a 503A compounder) is disclosed in the patient portal after you complete intake, but not on the public homepage.

I reached out via chat to confirm the pharmacy name before starting. The support rep provided it within the conversation, which was helpful. The flat pricing model is easier to budget than tiered dosing, though it means you’re paying the same amount whether you’re on a starter dose or maintenance.

Their prescribers are available for follow-up questions through the portal. Refills happen automatically unless you pause, but there’s no cancellation penalty.

3. Plushcare: General telehealth with weight management add-on

Plushcare operates as a broader telehealth platform with a weight management vertical. Consultations start at $89, and medication is fulfilled through a partner pharmacy (name provided after the visit).

I found the pricing structure harder to compare because medication costs aren’t listed publicly. You get a quote after your visit based on your prescription. The pharmacist contact info is included in the fulfillment email, which gives you a way to ask questions about compounding standards.

Plushcare works well if you want a generalist provider who can also manage other prescriptions. For peptide therapy alone, the lack of upfront medication pricing makes it harder to budget month-to-month.

4. Calibrate: Bundled program with premium pricing

Calibrate positions itself as a metabolic health program with medication as one component. Pricing starts at $199/month if you have insurance that covers part of the program, or around $1,649 for a cash-pay annual program.

The pharmacy partner varies by patient and is shared after enrollment. Coaching calls, a dedicated care team, and app-based tracking are included. The model works if you want structured support and can afford the higher baseline cost.

I confirmed with their intake team that you can’t purchase medication only. If you don’t need the coaching, you’re paying for services you won’t use.

5. Found Weight Loss: Coaching-first with medication options

Found starts at $235/month and centers on behavioral coaching. Medication (including compounded semaglutide) is available as an add-on if your provider recommends it.

The pharmacy fulfillment details are provided after your initial coaching session. I asked during a trial intake how medication costs were calculated, and the coach explained it would depend on the dosage prescribed and the pharmacy’s pricing that month. That variability makes it hard to lock in a budget.

Found is best for people who want a coach-led weight management approach and view medication as secondary support.

Why transparency matters more than you’d think

The first provider I tested charged me a $120 “activation fee” that wasn’t mentioned until checkout. Another required a three-month commitment buried in the terms of service. A third listed the medication cost as $199/month on their homepage, but that turned out to be for a 0.5mg starter dose only.

These aren’t dealbreakers for everyone. Some people value convenience over clarity. But if you’re budgeting for a six-month course of treatment, surprise fees add up fast. And if you don’t know which pharmacy is compounding your medication, you can’t verify their inspection history or ask questions about storage protocols.

I’ve written about telehealth long enough to know that “starting at” pricing is standard marketing language. But in a category where people are injecting a prescription medication weekly, I’d rather have the full picture before I commit.

FormBlends won this comparison because they published the details other providers made me ask for. That doesn’t make them the cheapest option in every scenario. Mochi Health has a lower sticker price if you’re already confident in their pharmacy partner. Plushcare works if you need a multi-condition provider. Calibrate makes sense if you want intensive coaching.

But if your priority is knowing exactly what you’re paying and where it’s coming from before you enter your payment info, FormBlends is the clearest option I found.

You can see the full provider comparison with additional details on intake processes and prescriber credentials.
